Bryce Merrill Peterson 4 years old
He is such a cutie. He started this saying that I just love to death he always comes up to me and says: " ohhhh mommy you my baby" and then I always say "ohhh whobby you are my baby"
Well so the other day I was a little grouchy and he kept asking my for stuff while I was trying to get something done. He wanted chocolate milk and asked I said hang on and he asked again not being very patient, so I said "Whobby would you hang on just a min." Well needless to say he puckered up and said "mommy you not my baby any more." Ok so stab me in the heart why don't ya. Well it goes with out saying he got his chocolate milk and I was his baby again. Ya I know I can be quit the push over when it comes to the guilt trip's they learn fast and know what they are doing.

Day Off

So I was sitting here on the computer and the boys were on my bed and it finally register's that they have been sitting there for a long time just chatting.
So I say "hey what are you guys doing over there?"
Haegen said:" oh just hanging out. "
I said: "oh really "
Haegen said: "ya tomorrow is my dad off."
(he must have heard me say that to Rhett last Sunday when I was busy reading my book and I told Rhett to fend for himself it was my day off.)
So I say: "oh tomorrow is your day off huh?"
Haegen said: yaaaaa......... I had a hard day at Kindergarten we did lot's of work.
It was so funny!!!! Then he turns to Bryce and said "oh but don't worry Bryce you will love kindergarten, there is lot's of fun thing's to do." oh Haegen you are so funny what would I do without your brain!!!

Is he not the cutest six year old ever. He is getting so big and turning into such a great young man. I know that he will grow up to be a wonderful person. He is so funny we were reading a book on what you want to be when you grow up and so I asked them and Haegen said that he wants to be a dad when he grows up. Dream big Haegen, your dreams can come true and I know you will be a great dad.

Bummed Out

So I am officially bummed out. I know that alot of you out there know what I am talking about. I just finished Breaking Dawn. I just heard so much about the Twilight Series that I started reading them. I started Twilight about two weeks ago and was officially hooked! So before I was done with one I would make sure I went to Wal-Mart and by the next one so I could jump right into the next book. So my house my kids and my husband have all been neglected. I just finished the last book tonight. WOW I loved them. I can not wait until the movie gets here. I know I will be there hours early ready to see it. (i know I'm a looser, not much of a exciting life). So let me know girls who want to go and hang out, I say we take McDonald's and get there early to get a good seat, and visit till it starts. lol
Well I guess I better go and get some work done my house is super gross and I still have Taylor's bday party to plan for Friday night, and costumes to figure out.
I hope she writes another book, now I need to go and get The Host, but probably not this week as Rhett will be working nights lol. Is it scary? Aliens freak me out

Happy Birthday to My Man of Many Names

Happy Birthday Rhett. Your another year older and another year wiser.

So here is the explanation to the title of the post. He is hunny to me, daddy to his kids, Eddie to his family and every one from Jensen, Hillbilly to the people he works with, and Rhett to every one else.
We have had our tuff times and our great times and I am always glad that I had you by my side. You do so much for me and our family, I appreciate everything that you do and for working so hard to provide for us. I am so grateful that you work hard so I can be able to stay home to take care of our wonderful kids. Who also love you beyond measure's.

Service Auction

So I keep forgetting to write about our Service Auction that we have at church every year. A The Sister's that come just love it. You are supposed to donate something you have made or your time and service. So I made these little can's. Not much but hey when you have can's and lot's of scrap booking paper you can come up with these.
This first one was a bath can and had soap and wash clothes in it it was my favorite.
Here is some of my fall decorations. I just love to decorate for fall and then for Christmas

Here were all of the things that were donated at our Service Auction. Oh I forgot to mention that you do not use money to bid on the items you fill out a questioner that has point's. You answer the question's then you tally up your total and use your point's. It was alot of fun. I almost like watching it then bidding. I did get a super cute rag quilt bag in Halloween material made by Carol M. and a breakfast basket put together by Amanda M. thanks guys I love them.

The Funny Things Bryce Says

So tonight the kids discovered that the treadmill was unfolded.(see as it has been just collecting dust for the past year) Well of course they wanted to play on it. I said no Bryce remember last time you were playing on it you fell and it burned you really bad?
Yes I know I'm mother of the year. He fell and got trapped between the wall and the treadmill and it got his face, chin, shoulder, chest, and his butt cheek that i will not show this picture of the butt seeing as he will see this when he gets older and not appreciate that.:0)
We finally got him to quit crying once the Motrin kicked in. Then you couldn't even tell anything happened by the way he was acting he was being a total nut. Thank goodness my kids are light weights when it comes to Motrin and Tylenol. Look at those eyes!
So any way tonight he said mom I like to exercise so I can go walk at the park. I said oh ok that is good to exercise. Then I didn't help him turn it on because I didn't want him to play on it and next thing I know Haegen comes over and turns it on and Bryce got all excited and said MOM. HAEGEN IS MAGIC. It was just so funny, he says the funniest things sometimes.

Yummy

So tonight I started this Dinner club thing with three of my friends. We each have a scheduled night when we take dinner to the other three. Well tonight was the first night and my sweet friend Mandy brought her dinner. It was home made Chicken Pot Pie. Yummy...... I'm thinking that this might not be such a good idea for me. Rhett loved it and he is not easy to please when it comes to food. He is such a picky eater. He came home from work and dished up and I said what do you think he said "it's really good. Send some in my lunch tomorrow." So there you go Mandy it was super delicious. With these great ladies cooking these great meals Rhett is going to figure out what he has been missing out on all these years. My apologies to my friends ahead of time on my not so fabulous meals. lol.

Happy Birthday Mandy the big 30. You are such a great and talented person. I am so glad that I have got to know you and that we are friends. You are so much fun and so easy to talk to. You are a great friend...mommy....wife....daughter.....granddaughter.....Aunti.....sister and so on and so forth. I wish you many more great birthdays to come you deserve every happy one. Haegen's Friend Party

Haegen had his friend birthday party. He had so much fun. Here they were going to have a balloon race.

Then it was time to open presents. He loved everything he got.
Then it was off to pull the strings on the pinata.
Then we had enough kids to play Red rover Red rover.

All in all they had a good time and let me tell you that boys are wild.

Cute Pictures

So my little sister Amanda came home for the baby blessing this weekend. She is so busy with school that she did not get here until late evening Saturday night. She wanted some pictures of the kids to take home with her, well Bryce was tired and ornery and Taylor and Nikki were being typical teenage girls, so Haegen and Ellcie were all for it and they loved it. Also I was the photographer I'm really impressed with myself. I'm sure that the camera had alot to do with it. hahaha. Here is Haegen and Rolex that dog loves to think it is a baby.
